During the Covid pandemic, there are changes we have made to these groups so people can be safe. Please contact the church office if you would like more information.

  • Bible STUDY

    Adult Bible Study. Lively discussion and Bible Study. Topics are applicable to our daily lives. Meets at the church office, Thursdays, at 7 pm, weekly. Check with Church Office for current study information. During the Covid regulations, we will meet on Zoom. Contact the church office for the link.


  • South Oaks Men

    South Oaks Men's Fellowship Group.  Men of SOCC! Let's meet at a local restaurant. Come out for some coffee, breakfast and a great time of fellowship. Meets monthly, usually on the third Saturday, at 8 am. 


  • Ladies Fellowship

    Ladies' Fellowship Group. Various fun activities to build friendships with South Oaks women. We've shared good laughs and experiences through: coffee time, dinner, bowling, women's holiday banquets, making pottery, karaoke, and more. Ladies, join us for a fun time together. Check the bulletin for further details.


  • Adventures in eating

    As a church, we get together at a place with good food in the area. Sometimes these are adventurous food locations, while other times it is just for burgers or Bistro fare. The place each month will be listed in the bulletin. If you plan to come, rsvp to Pastor Steve or Pastor Cindy and we will have a chair for you at the restaurant. 


  • Elijah house MINISTRY SCHOOL

    Elijah House ministry school meets every third Saturday, from January through May. Training Course 201 presents the foundational principles and ministry model for the internationally renowned Elijah House® ministry school for healing hearts. This training is available to every follower of Jesus, to equip them for the work of ministry. Students are activated in the practice of prayer ministry in small group sessions. The ministry will facilitate inner healing with prayer ministry. Registration is required. Contact the church office for materials.

  • Living in freedom everyday

    Have you ever asked yourself, "What's wrong? I know I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, but it seems like there are areas where I always struggle. I'm not experiencing the joy and freedom that many other Christians are." If this is you, then it's time to discover God's plan for true freedom. Learn how to be really free, to get rid of the static in the line between you and God. Celebrate God's view of you.  Next session TBD.
